Based on the findings of our analysis of individual client requirements, AMSIS will provide a tailored comprehensive service to suit the needs of the client, encompassing the whole life of a project and the management of the following:
- Scope of work
- Assessment and Management of hazards associated with the scope of work and supply of appropriate risk assessments and hazard mitigation recommendations
- Procurement and quality assurance of required equipment QA/QC of vendor supplied equipment
- Witnessing FAT's and SITs
- Assistance to clients with the technical bid tender process for installation vessel hire
- Review of all Dive and ROV procedures and work packs
- Management of environmental permit requirements
- Provision of client offshore engineering representatives.
- Active participation in risk assessments and HIRA's Management of offshore execution of scope of work
- Provision of client representation operations before, during and after operations
- Management of close out reports and lessons learnt
- Provision of handover documents/As-built documents to the client.
